Priority Support (Flourish)¶
Flourish-stage users receive priority support with faster response times and dedicated assistance.
What to Include¶
When contacting support, include:
- What you were trying to do — The feature and action
- What happened — The error or unexpected behavior
- What you expected — What should have happened
- Browser and device — e.g., Chrome on Windows, Safari on Mac
- Screenshots — If applicable, a screenshot of the error
