Common Issues

Login and Authentication

I can't log in. Check that you're using the correct email address and password. If you've forgotten your password, use the "Forgot Password" link on the login page. You can also use the magic link option to sign in via email.

I'm being redirected to the login page repeatedly. Your session may have expired. Clear your browser cookies for purpleblossom.ai and try again. If you have 2FA enabled, make sure your authenticator app is showing the current code.

I see raw text instead of the login page (like "auth.login.submit"). The server may be temporarily down for maintenance. Wait a moment and refresh — the page will show a clean maintenance screen if the server is unavailable, and will automatically reload when it's back.

Loading and Performance

The page is loading slowly or not loading at all. - Check your internet connection - Try refreshing the page (Ctrl+R or Cmd+R) - Clear your browser cache - Try a different browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Edge are all supported)

A feature isn't appearing in the sidebar or BlossomTools. Features are stage-gated — they only appear when your account is at the appropriate growth stage. Check your current stage in Settings. If you believe a feature should be visible, contact support.

AI Features

Blossom isn't responding or gives generic answers. Make sure you've completed at least the Company Overview and Background sections of your Business Profile. The more context Blossom has, the better her responses.

AI-generated content doesn't match my brand voice. Check your persona settings (avatar menu > Personalize Experience) and make sure you've selected the persona that matches your preferred style. If you're at Flourish stage, completing your SignetWare brand voice will further improve AI content.

Notifications

I'm not receiving notifications. Check your notification preferences in Settings. You may have disabled a category. Also ensure your browser allows notifications from purpleblossom.ai.

I'm receiving too many notifications. Adjust your urgency threshold and batching settings per category in notification preferences.
