StoryWare

Every solopreneur has stories worth telling — how you started, why you care, how you've helped clients transform. StoryWare helps you capture, organize, and refine those stories so they're ready to use in campaigns, presentations, and conversations.

What It Does

StoryWare provides two main interfaces:

Story Library

A collection of all your stories, organized by type:

  • Origin stories — How and why you started your business
  • Transformation stories — How you've helped clients achieve results
  • Expertise stories — Moments that demonstrate your knowledge
  • Values stories — Stories that show what you stand for

Each story has metadata, tags, and a readiness status so you know which stories are polished and which are still drafts.

Story Editor

A rich text editor for writing and refining individual stories. Features include:

  • Guided prompts that help you structure each story type
  • AI assistance for expanding bullet points into narratives
  • Version history so you can track how a story evolves
  • Google Docs sync — edit in Purple Blossom or Google Docs, changes sync both ways

Getting Started

  1. Navigate to BlossomTools and open StoryWare
  2. Start with your origin story — the most foundational narrative
  3. Use the guided prompts: What was your life like before? What moment changed things? Where are you now?
  4. Don't worry about polish — capture the raw story first, then refine

Stories are the fuel for everything else

Your stories feed into campaigns (email narratives), SlideWare (presentation content), and AI-generated content. The richer your story library, the better everything else works.

Google Docs Integration

StoryWare connects with Google Docs for collaborative editing:

  • Create a story in Purple Blossom, edit it in Google Docs
  • Changes sync automatically
  • Share Google Docs with collaborators for feedback
  • Import existing stories from Google Drive
