IdentityWare solves a common solopreneur problem: maintaining a consistent professional identity across every context. Create one profile, and IdentityWare generates the right output for every situation — email signatures, business cards, QR codes, vCards, social media cards, and a shareable digital card.

What It Does

Fill in your identity information once:

  • Name, title, business name

Getting Started

  1. Navigate to BlossomTools in the sidebar
  2. Open IdentityWare
  3. Fill in the Editor tab with your information
  4. Watch the Preview update in real-time
  5. Click Generate to create all outputs
  6. Download as a ZIP or copy individual items

Import from your Business Profile

If you've already filled in your Business Profile, IdentityWare can import your details automatically — saving you from re-entering information.

Multiple Profiles

Create separate profiles for different contexts — "Work," "Personal," "Side Project." Each generates its own complete set of identity assets.

Templates

Choose from three signature templates:

  • Horizontal Strip — Modern, compact, works well in email
  • Traditional Card — Classic business card layout
  • Compact Badge — Minimal, icon-focused

AI Design Suggestions

Not sure about colors or taglines? Click Suggest and Blossom will recommend:

  • Color combinations that work for your industry
  • Tagline options based on your Business Profile
  • Template choices that match your brand personality

Digital Card & QR Code

Set a custom handle (3-30 characters) to create a shareable URL for your digital card. The digital card is a public landing page that shows your professional information — no login required for visitors.

The QR code links to your digital card. Print it on physical cards, display it at networking events, or include it in presentations.

Contact Capture

When someone scans your QR code and visits your digital card, they can share their contact information back to you through an exchange form. These contacts flow into your leads database automatically.

Event Mode — At networking events, enable Event Mode to auto-tag all captured contacts with the event name. After the event, you'll have a clean list of everyone you connected with.

Export & Import

Export your profiles as JSON for backup or sharing. Import profiles from other environments or from colleagues who share their templates.

IdentityWare generates both a modern HTML signature and an Outlook-compatible version to handle Microsoft's rendering differences.

Stage Gating

IdentityWare is available at the Seed stage. Advanced features (AI design suggestions, Contact Capture, Event Mode) are available at Sprout and above.
