Purple Blossom adapts to the way you work. From your AI persona's conversation style to the colors on your screen, Settings is where you make the platform yours.

AI Persona

Choose how your AI advisor communicates with you:

Persona Personality
Blossom Warm and encouraging — celebrates your progress and gently guides next steps
Strategist Analytical and structured — brings data, frameworks, and competitive thinking
Coach Reflective and supportive — asks powerful questions to help you find your own answers
Consultant Direct and expert — gives clear recommendations and action plans

Your persona selection applies across the entire platform — the AI Hub, campaign suggestions, community triage, and everywhere else Blossom shows up.

Verbosity

Control how detailed AI responses are:

  • Concise — Short, direct answers. Great when you know what you need.
  • Balanced — A mix of explanation and brevity. The default.
  • Detailed — Thorough explanations with examples and context. Ideal for learning.

Appearance

UI Themes

Three visual themes to match your preference:

  • Light — Clean and bright, easy on the eyes during daytime
  • Dark — Softer contrast for evening work or low-light environments
  • Blossom — Purple Blossom's signature palette with warm accents

Your theme applies immediately across all pages.

Language

Purple Blossom supports two languages:

  • English (default)
  • Mexican Spanish (Espanol - Mexico)

Language selection translates the entire interface including navigation, labels, buttons, notifications, and help content. Switch anytime from Settings — no restart needed.

Notification Preferences

Fine-tune what reaches you and when. For each notification category, choose your delivery preference:

System notifications are always active for your security and cannot be turned off.

Account Security

Two-Factor Authentication (2FA)

Add a second layer of protection to your account. Once enabled, you'll enter a code from your authenticator app each time you sign in.

  1. Go to Settings > Security
  2. Click Enable 2FA
  3. Scan the QR code with your authenticator app (Google Authenticator, Authy, etc.)
  4. Enter the verification code to confirm

Prefer passwordless login? Enable magic links to sign in with a one-time link sent to your email. No password required.

Device Management

See which devices are currently signed in to your account. Revoke access to any device you don't recognize.

Password Changes

Update your password anytime from Settings > Security. We recommend using a unique password you don't use elsewhere.

Getting Started

  1. Open Settings from the sidebar or your profile menu
  2. Start with AI Persona — pick the advisor style that resonates with you
  3. Choose your Theme for visual comfort
  4. Review Notification Preferences — the defaults are sensible, but you can fine-tune later
  5. Enable 2FA for extra account security

Tip: Try different personas for a few days each. Many solopreneurs are surprised by which style clicks best with their workflow.
