Google Calendar

Keep your schedule and your business strategy in sync.

What It Does

  • Two-way sync — Events created in Purple Blossom appear on your Google Calendar, and vice versa
  • Smart reminders — Get notified about upcoming meetings, deadlines, and milestones
  • AI classification — Your AI persona categorizes events (client meeting, admin, marketing, learning) to help you understand how you spend your time
  • PlanWare scheduling — Project tasks and milestones sync directly to your calendar

How Events Flow

When you create a task with a due date in PlanWare, it automatically appears on your Google Calendar. When you schedule a client meeting in Google Calendar, Purple Blossom picks it up and can factor it into your planning.

Google Drive

Organize your business materials in one place.

What It Does

  • Document storage — Save generated content, reports, and exports to your Drive
  • Project folders — PlanWare projects can create organized folder structures in Drive
  • Collaboration — Share documents with clients or collaborators directly from the platform
  • File access — Browse and attach Drive files within Purple Blossom

Folder Organization

Purple Blossom creates a dedicated folder structure in your Drive to keep things tidy. Each project and campaign gets its own space, so you always know where to find your materials.

Google Docs

Write and edit seamlessly between Purple Blossom and Google Docs.

What It Does

  • StoryWare sync — Stories you write in Purple Blossom can sync to Google Docs for editing
  • Real-time updates — Changes in Google Docs flow back to your story library
  • Familiar editing — Use Google Docs' full editing power (formatting, comments, suggestions) on content drafted in Purple Blossom

How Story Sync Works

  1. Write or generate a story draft in StoryWare
  2. Click Sync to Google Docs to create a linked document
  3. Edit in either place — changes stay in sync
  4. Publish from Purple Blossom when you're ready

Google Sign-In

You can use your Google account to sign in to Purple Blossom. This simplifies login and makes connecting your Workspace tools seamless.

Getting Started

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations
  2. Click Connect Google Account
  3. Authorize the permissions you're comfortable with (calendar, drive, docs)
  4. Your data begins syncing automatically

Tip: You can connect Google just for sign-in without enabling Calendar or Drive sync. Choose what works for you.

Privacy and Permissions

  • Purple Blossom only accesses the Google services you explicitly authorize
  • You can disconnect at any time from Settings
  • Your Google data is never shared with other users or used for training
  • Calendar events and Drive files stay in your Google account — Purple Blossom references them, it doesn't copy everything
