Creating Your Account

Getting started with Purple Blossom takes just a few minutes. Here's what to expect.

Signing Up

  1. Visit purpleblossom.ai and click Get Started
  2. Enter your email address and create a password
  3. Verify your email through the confirmation link
  4. You're in — you'll land on your Dashboard

You start at the Seed stage, which gives you access to your Dashboard, Business Profile, Learning Center, Community, and IdentityWare.

Your First Five Minutes

When you first log in, Purple Blossom walks you through a short orientation:

  1. Welcome Tour — A 2-minute spotlight tour highlighting the key areas of the platform (Dashboard, Business Profile, Campaigns, Planning, Learning, Support, and AI features). You can skip it, but it's worth the time.

  2. Start Your Business Profile — The platform guides you to the Processes section where you begin describing your business. Start with your Company Overview and Background — this gives Blossom enough context to start personalizing your experience.

  3. Watch Your Progress Grow — As you complete profile sections, the progress indicator updates in real-time. You'll see your completion percentage rise, and Blossom will start offering AI-powered insights based on what you've shared.

What to Do First

After the tour, we recommend this order:

  1. Complete your Company Overview — Business name, industry, description, website
  2. Fill in Your Background — Your role, skills, what you love about your work, your biggest challenge
  3. Explore the Dashboard — See your metrics, suggested next steps, and AI insights
  4. Visit the Learning Center — Start the Foundation learning series

Don't try to finish everything at once

Your Business Profile has 13 sections. You don't need to complete them all today. Each section you complete makes Blossom smarter about your business. Come back to it over time.

Account Security

Purple Blossom supports several security features:

  • Two-factor authentication (2FA) — Add an extra layer of security to your account
  • Magic link login — Sign in via email link instead of password
  • Secure sessions — Your session is protected with httpOnly cookies
  • Device management — See and manage which devices are logged into your account

You can manage all security settings from your account preferences.
